This Privacy Policy explains what information Appure (“Appure”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Appure is a tool for creating, localizing, and exporting App Store and Google Play screenshots, operated by Oleksii Sribnyi. By using Appure you agree to this policy. It also forms part of our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you register or contact us, we collect your email address and password, and, for paid plans, billing details processed by our payment provider. If you sign in with a third party (e.g. Google), we receive basic account information from that provider.
  • Content you upload. The screenshots, images, text, and project data you add to Appure to produce your store assets. We process this content to provide the service and do not sell it.
  • Usage information. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the actions you take in the app, used to operate, secure, and improve Appure.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Appure service.
  • To process payments and send account and billing notices.
  • To send important service messages (e.g. outages, changes to this policy).
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Appure — such as hosting, analytics, and secure payment processing — and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Appure. If Appure is involved in a merger or acquisition, any successor will remain bound by this policy.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an account. When you close your account, we delete its content. We may retain limited records (such as logs, billing, and tax information) where we have a legal or legitimate business reason, and delete or anonymize them when that reason no longer applies.

Your rights and choices

You can request that we delete some or all of the personal information we hold about you. Deleting all data typically requires closing your account, along with its projects and content. We may retain limited information where required to complete transactions, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@appure.io.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app.
